A walkable, enjoyable, cohesive, well connected, a human scale city; where people gather, look into the eyes of each other, therefore a safer, friendly and a kind city; where home, school, work, services, recreation activities are in the proximity, where most trips are made on foot or by bike, and have multimodal transport stations.

PDC proposes roads to make them safer and more efficient streets, to preserve the safety of people and discourage through-traffic, achieving "complete" streets giving each mode of transport which corresponds to it according to your demands and motor skills, ensuring a modal balance by the installation of speed bumps (no stops) reassurance of all the arteries of the PDC likewise prohibiting the use of continuous right turns, which constantly threatens pedestrians and cyclists

Linking the inhabitants of the PDC to the massive and efficient public transportation stops counting suitable for people, comfortable, protected, enlightened, accessible and aesthetic sufficient information for users showing the origin - destination routes (paths), its links, sites, times, frequency and service operators with service numbers of different stakeholders (authorities and operators)

Promote the use of efficient and sustainable transport into the PDC promoting the establishment of cycle paths, loan cycle and shared streets where it has sufficient information to users and management in institutions of various kinds for the provision adequate cycle parking with a distinctive design PDC

Signal, promote and provoke enough sidewalks for pedestrian routes, adequate and safe to frequent destinations, attractions, public spaces and milestones of the various colonies, linking them to the Public Transportation (discourage the use of motorcycles, mainly home delivery) manage public investment campaign municipal, state and federal extraordinary in fitness and repair of sidewalks, reforestation and infrastructure concealment, to remove poles and wiring.

A walkable, enjoyable, cohesive, a human scale that is well connected; where people are, you look into each others eyes, therefore safer, friendly, kind; where home, school, work, services, recreation are in the vicinity, at a distance not exceeding 400 meters (as discussed in the TOD model "Transit Oriented Development" by Peter Calthorpe), where most of trips are made on foot or by bike, that multimodal transport stations are no more than 600mts (as Duany and Plater-Zyberk in his model of TND (Traditional Neighborhood Development) and we can move to anywhere the metropolis and then interconnect to foreign transport.

No density no city, no stacking concentration ratio public spaces for people, a city with citizens who define not just the people, causing the city to suit people not vice versa; Multifunctional buildings, active ground floors, offices on the first floors of buildings and in the subsequent room, public spaces nearby, accessible and permeable open, both visually and physically:
An orderly metropolis with vocationally defined districts, with its own identity, which create and foster a sense of belonging rooted and its inhabitants: where the concept of "public belongs to everyone" is understood and that the public is not no one.

Where the winner is not the hyper engine, rather the prevailing metabolic energy of every human being to move, we recover the city, do not want re invent, we are full of "autistic" buildings that do not have any history, our founding cities were compact, with mixed land uses, walkable, dense. Simply evoke memories of childhood: the street, the park, easy relationship between people, city quality human town, nearby town, friendly city, competitive city.
